Tuition Assistance

Our tuition reflects The Hub's highly personalized experience, with an exceptionally low student-to-facilitator ratio. We understand that the full tuition may stretch some budgets, so we offer flexible payment plans (by term or by month).

We also offer a limited number of need-based scholarships, covering 10 to 90 percent of the tuition, through a quick, private application process; please inquire about availability.

Additionally, The Hub is an approved vendor for state-funded educational scholarship accounts in certain states (AZ, NH, UT, and WV).

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every participant to feel at home at The Hub, and for the group to be a good fit for them, too. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial period. If, within the first month, it becomes clear that the program isn’t the right match, families may un-enroll without owing any additional tuition (the first month’s tuition is nonrefundable, but any remaining amount paid will be returned).

How the Process Works

To ensure The Hub is the right fit for your child, and that they’ll thrive in one of our cohorts, we take a personalized approach to enrollment.

  1. Attend an Open House or Submit an Interest Form
Our open houses feature a program overview, Q&A, and interactive mini-session for ages 10–13. If your child is younger or older, you want to move forward sooner, or you have very specific questions, please fill out our short interest form; we’ll follow up to discuss your situation and schedule a one-on-one meeting if it seems like a good fit.
→ Jump to open house section to see schedule and register
    → Jump to interest form
  2. Confirm Fit
After connecting, we may schedule a brief follow-up conversation to assess the best cohort placement and ensure a strong mutual fit.
  3. Enroll
If it’s a match, we’ll send you the registration form, and your child will be ready to join The Hub!
