Join The Hub

Here’s what you need to know about the 2025-2026 academic year.

Dates:

• Fall Term: September 9 to December 11, 2025 (no session on Thanksgiving, November 27)
• Spring Term: January 6 to May 21, 2026 (with a break March 30–April 3)

Tuition Options:

• Full-Year Enrollment (Fall + Spring):
  • $6,120 early enrollment (by July 1, 2025)
  • $6,460 after July 1, 2025
• Per-Term Enrollment:
  • $2,900 Fall Term
  • $3,900 Spring Term

Enrollment Fee: 

• $250 for first-time students (waived if enrolled early—by July 1 for fall term or full year, or by December 1 for spring term)

Deposit: 

• $500 due at registration (deducted from tuition)
   

Payments can be split by term or monthly, and limited scholarships are available (see below). All prices are in USD.

Sibling discount

10% for second, third, etc., siblings (applies across cohorts).

Tuition assistance

Our tuition reflects The Hub's premium, personalized experience, with its exceptionally low student-to-facilitator ratio, and ensures fair compensation for our facilitators. We understand that the full tuition may stretch some budgets, so we offer flexible payment plans (by term or by month). 

We also offer a limited number of need-based scholarships, covering 10 to 90 percent of the tuition, through a quick, private application process; please inquire about availability. (The deposit requirement is also adjusted for scholarship recipients.)

Additionally, The Hub is an approved vendor for state-funded educational scholarship accounts in certain states (AZ, NH, UT, and WV).

We want every participant to feel at home at The Hub, and for the group to be a good fit for them, too. That’s why we offer a 30-day trial period. If, within the first month, it becomes clear that the program isn’t the right match, families may unenroll without owing any additional tuition (the first month’s tuition is nonrefundable, but any remaining amount paid will be returned).
